Our services

We deliver the following services on behalf of our partners and stakeholders. Customer Services over the phone, online and face to face; The administration and collection of Council Tax, Business Rates and Corporate Debts and the administration and payment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support. We also offer extensive professional training and awareness both internally and externally.

Our Leadership

We are jointly owned by the three East Kent authorities – Canterbury City Council, Dover District Council and Thanet District Council. Our Board of Directors is made up of 1 representative from each of the authorities. The board works with the PartnershipOne Chief Executive and their leadership team to agree the company strategic objectives and to ensure that both company and operational governance is strong.
