PartnershipOne is now a member of the Disability Confident Scheme (Level 1)

We’re on a mission to become Disability Confident!

We’ve taken an exciting step forward by signing up to the Disability Confident Scheme. This Government-backed initiative helps employers recruit, retain and support disabled people and those with long term health conditions – but this is more than just a badge, it’s a reflection of the culture we want to build. We all want a workplace that values diversity, challenges stigma and celebrates the contribution of every employee.

Here’s what we’re doing…

As a Disability Confident Committed Employer we have committed to:

  • Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible
  • Communicating and promoting vacancies
  • Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job
  • Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required
  • Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work
  • At least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people

Why this matters…

1 in 5 people in the UK has a disability or long-term health condition. By joining this scheme we’re committing to making our workplace more accessible and supportive for everyone.
